Basic member lump sums are also included in your administration fees.
Complex benefit payments however are not included in your administration fee and will attract an additional service fee, which are detailed in our Others Services Price Schedule. These include but are not limited to death benefits, terminal illness benefits, financial hardship benefits, divorce splitting arrangements and other similar more complex and infrequent payments.
