
Monthly SMSF Administration
Our Monthly administration clients enjoy a full administration service with payment processing and record keeping. They also receive monthly reporting in addition to the traditional year-end reporting, which is suitable for Trustees who prefer to be more hands off with the running of their fund.
Monthly administration is ideal for travelling retirees, busy business owners or Trustees who are new to the process of running a SMSF. Appendix A details fully the monthly inclusions and includes:

Monthly reporting and provision of Investment Summary Report, Investment Income Report, Pension Reports and Contributions Report.

ATO Tax Agent Services and processing of all required activity statements.

Everyday Banking Services will perform all banking and payments necessary for your fund based on your chosen authority to act preferences.
Mail Interception Services will redirect your fund’s mail to our PO Box, after we complete all address changes for you. You can then choose to either have all mail forwarded via email or post within 24 hours of our receipt; or to have us retain records for you. The exception to this is anything requiring your consideration as the fund Trustee which we call “Must Consider Mail”. This commonly includes but is not limited to any correspondence that requires you to take action, consider or respond in some way other than normal payment requests.
