"I first met Andrea Birchell when she was handling my account at my previous SMSF service provider. I was very happy with her work. She was efficient, friendly and courteous. If she was not available at the time of my telephone calls she always returned my calls promptly.
After a few years looking after my account, Andrea took maternity leave to have her baby and soon after resigned from her job.
